Add call insurance to your order for protection against the risk that the recipient is unreachable. With call insurance, we will continue to call unlimited times until we get through to the recipient. Additionally – in the event that the recipient is never reachable – customers with call insurance protection will be given credit for an alternate call.
If you don’t have call insurance, you will have the option to have us leave a voicemail if the recipient doesn’t answer the phone. If you do not want us to leave a voicemail and want us to continue trying to reach the recipient, you would need to purchase another phone call unit.
A call insurance policy is a great idea to add to your order as a precaution if you think the call recipient may be hard to reach.
Please note that call insurance does not insure against the costs of international calling or caller ID spoofing in the event that the recipient is unreachable. This is because fees for these services are incurred regardless if the recipient answers the phone or not. Once your international calling units and caller ID spoofing units are depleted, you will need to purchase more units to cover the additional fees.
