Yes! We can call anywhere in the world. Generally, you will need to add one international calling unit to your order ($10) for every 5 minutes that the call is expected to last if we are calling outside of the U.S.  You can refer to our international calling fees page for more information.

No. If you think this is some kind of soundboard service… think again! All of our phone calls are custom-tailored to the situation and performed live by a talented voice actor. We’re the real deal. Every phone call will require some level of improvisation and our voice actors are ready to execute your scenario – on the fly – anywhere, anytime. 😉

A basic phone call starts at $40. We also offer extra services that you can add (such as international calling and call spoofing). Check out the Stealth Services page for a full list of extra services available.

As fast as we can! We are excellent at staying on schedule and do our best to execute the call according to the timeframe you provide us. You can also add the Super Fast Delivery option to your purchase if you need the call done quickly within the next 24 hours.

We are willing to do any phone call scenario that is reasonable and within legal limits. Under absolutely no circumstances will we tolerate any of the following practices:

• Calling emergency lines, healthcare facilities, government agencies, law enforcement, schools, numbers assigned to radio common carrier services, or any service for which the called party is charged for the call
• Making physical threats against another person’s body or property
• Tricking the call recipient into harmful behavior
• Using our services to obtain personal information for malicious purposes
• Impersonating a police officer, healthcare provider, federal employee, or any other public official

 

Do not try to use our services for malicious purposes. Every scenario is reviewed before the call is performed. You will not receive a refund if you place an order for a call that is determined to be unreasonable and against our Terms of Service. Any voice actors found to be engaging in any of these behaviors will be terminated immediately.

There are 11 states that require two-party/all-party consent for call recording. These states include the following:

• California
• Connecticut
• Florida
• Illinois
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• Montana
• Nevada
• New Hampshire
• Pennsylvania
• Washington

 

If the call recipient is sitting in any of these states, the voice actor would need to announce that the call is being recorded. There are some scenarios where we could fit the announcement seamlessly without giving away the fact that it’s a prank. In other situations, making a recording announcement could ruin the prank.

It is important to note that the recording consent laws apply to where the individual is sitting at the time of the call. If the person lives in a one-party consent state, but is traveling in a two-party consent state, the laws of the two-party consent state will still apply.

Please use your best judgment. In certain circumstances, it may be better to avoid recording the call where an announcement is required (so we don’t ruin the prank). If you’re unsure about something, get in touch!

If the call recipient does not answer – you will have the option to have us leave a voicemail. If you do not want us to leave a voicemail, then there will be extra charges for us to continue calling.

If there is a chance that the recipient is hard to reach, make sure to add call insurance to your order. With call insurance, we will call unlimited times until we get through to the recipient. Note that call insurance does not cover the cost of international calling or phone number spoofing. See the Call Insurance Rules page for more details on call insurance coverage.

During the call, we do not reveal that the call is a prank or that the caller is a paid voice actor. We do collect information about your account, just as every website does. This information is used to improve our services. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.

NO. We do not – and will never – share the phone numbers we receive with third-parties. Your information is safe and secure.

You can add call insurance to your order for protection against the risk that the recipient is unreachable. Please note that call insurance does not insure against the costs of international calling or phone number spoofing in the event that the recipient doesn’t pick up the phone.
